Placing Your Order

* Advance Notice: All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.

* Order Cut-Off Time: Orders for pickup must be submitted by 3:00 PM, two days before the intended pickup date. Orders placed after this time will be available on a later date.

Pickup Information

* Pickup Location: Orders are available for pickup at our cafe location, 322 Main St, Seal Beach, CA, 90740

* Pickup Hours:

* 7:00AM-2:30PM, Monday-Sunday

*Holiday hours may vary, please check website or ask a team member

* Order Pickup: Please bring a copy of your confirmation email or a valid ID for verification.

Order Changes and Cancellations

* Changes: To make changes to your order, please contact us at management@thecremacafe.com by 3:00 PM, two days before your scheduled pickup time.

* Cancellations: Cancellations must also be made by 3:00 PM, two days in advance to qualify for a full refund.

Refund Policy

* Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup. We will work with you to address your concerns and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

No-Show Policy

* Orders not picked up by the end of the business day will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
